Capacity building for water utilities
Since 2018 Mykolaiv Water Hub is contributing to capacity building of Ukrainian water utilities. It is crucial for ensuring the efficient and sustainable management of water resources, infrastructure, and services. We cooperate with 20+ water utilities in Ukraine and with our German partners to help the water utilities improve their operations, infrastructure, and staff skills to meet the growing demand for clean water and sanitation services.

The project planning and implementation itself is already a showcase. Ukrainian and German architects are uniting their skills and energy to turn old building dated 1917 into an example of sustainable, innovative reconstruction with due respect for the historical context.
Scholarship program for schoolgirls in STEM
The scientific, industrial, and human capital potential of Ukraine’s Southern Region lies in the hands of its youth. We are enhancing this potential by providing financial support, mentorship, and equipment to outstanding schoolgirls with a passion for STEM disciplines, especially in water-related research areas.
